My kids love spaghetti. I use Prego and I swear it's better than homemade (I'm not Italian, so what do I know?). Very easy, lots of protein, lycopenes, and some vitamins, too. My kids like it with parmesan or mozzerella on top! We either have green beans or salad to go with it. My son loves cucumbers and carrots and my daughter loves it all!

If I'm in a huge rush or just at a loss for what to make, I make them their own fruit, veggie, and cheese trays with whatever we have. They love that, too -- they get to graze!!

My boy loves the Tyson all breast chicken nuggets. 20 - 40 second in the microwave and a minute or so to cool off. High protein low fat.
