You couldn't even apply for a license in Texas without being a resident of Texas. And even then, no, if your license is suspended in any state it is suspended in all states. Even if you lied and told them you never had a license, you would still have to show who you are and give your social security number. When you did your suspended license will come up. Do what it takes to get it back and quit trying to circumvent the consequences of your behavior.
