I think it's due to the fact that the super skinny girls in the pricey clothes are the ones who chase boys and get into trouble. Highschool boys usually don't have very good taste in women yet.

because highschool guys are brainwashed into thinking that is what girls are supposed to look like.
when they get a little older, and a little wiser, they will realize that beauty comes in all forms, and they will be able to appreciate all beautiful girls, not just the skinny abercrombie ones.

guys don't normally like nessesarily super skinny girls. i've heard many guys talk about how girls are too skinny and how its more attractive with some 'meat on their bones'
also, thats not always the case. there ARE some guys out there who look for the insides in a girl.

From what I remember of high school, 10+ years ago, us guys were either:
1. Too imature to realize there's more to women then how they look.
2. Too self-absorbed to realize there's more to life than sports and video games.
3. Actually interested in other girls but too self-conscious to pursue any girls (stylish ones or not).

Actually, guys at my school will date normal sized girls. But all the good guys are snatched up by hot, catty, b**** whotend to be a bit on the easy side. Just wait it out. Eventually they'll be begging you for a date.

I would assume those guys are shallow deuchebags.......or gay.
I'm a guy who likes girls who don't wear that kind of stuff, if what you wear makes who you are, then you're just too shallow for me. Instead I like girls who are independent and willing to go with what they like and not what they are told to like, etc. Be yourself and just keep your eyes open. Perhaps it's an issue with the guys you notice only notice girls like that, but lots of guys notice you but you don't see them. Just thinking out loud.

Thats not true. I would go out with a poor girl only if I liked her. And further more, us guys don't care about what you wear, it's just you, your looks and personality. Thats it!

Wow..its really good to know that not all guys go for looks. Guys who go for looks are so immature and shallow. They are not that interesting anyway. To guys who say they dont go for looks, but for the personality of the girl is..bravo to you all. Guys like you all, gives us girls hope.

Because they think that they are cool because they were expensive clothing. Luckily, not all guys are like that. Bottom Line: Some guys are just jerks when it comes to that kind of stuff, but like I said before, not all guys are like that... Thank goodness!!! =)

Because they are young and stupid and that's what TV tells them to like. And don't pretend like you don't like tall dark guys with ripped abs becuase you do. Everyone likes to look at pretty people though they are usually not that fun to be around.
