For any easy way, melt chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave or you can use a double boiler! You can use any chocolate you want! dark chocolate, white chocolate, milk chocolate or whatever!

Microwave: Melt chocolate in bowl dip strawberries in and put it on wax paper. (Put wax paper over cookie sheet) Stick it in the fridge for about 1 or so.

Double Boiler: Place chocolate in the boiler over barely simmering water and stir it while it's melting. Once the chocolate is melted and smooth, remove the boiler from the heat, dip the strawberries in the chocolate and place it on the wax paper and leave it in the fridge for about an hour.

And you can also drizzle on some melted white chocolate if you used dark chocolate or milk chocolate or if you used white chocolate drizzle on some melted dark or milk chocolate or make cute little designs on the strawberries!

INGREDIENTS
2 (1 ounce) squares semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 tablespoon whipping cream
Dash almond extract
8 strawberries
DIRECTIONS
Combine the chocolate and the whipping cream in a glass measuring cup or bowl. Microwave at medium power for 1 minute or until the chocolate melts, stirring after 30 seconds. Stir in the almond extract and cool slightly.
Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off. Place on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate or freeze for approximately 15 minutes until the chocolate is set.

There are actually containers with Chocolate sauce in them that you microwave and then dip.

I usually use the chocolate for making Almond Bark.

You can use plain milk, white or dark chocolate. Melt in a double boiler, or microwave a few seconds at a time until is is nice and smooth. Make sure to stir between microwave heatings.

Dip strawberry two-thirds of the way to the stem. Set aside to harden chocolate. Melt some contrasting chocolate to drizzle over the other chocolate. I use dark and drizzle white over the top, or with the white add a little red food coloring to make pink.

Get a bar of bittersweet or semisweet baking chocolate; add a tablespoon or so of non-trans-fat Crisco and melt it together with the chocolate in a double boiler (or a oven-safe bowl placed on top of a saucepan of boiling water). Dip the strawberries and place immediately in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.

You can also melt a contrasting chocolate (like white chocolate) and drizzle decoratively on top.

Or, you can just buy that Nestle auto-hardening chocolate sauce stuff at the store!

Melt chocolate over a double boiler. Dip fresh strawberries in the melted chocolate until three quarters covered. Put berries on a sheet of waxed paper to cool, or alternatively, place one berry each in paper candy cups. Let set until chocolate hardens. You can hasten the process by placing the dipped berries in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

use semisweet chocolates.

its quite simple, really.

take your preferred chocolate, it honestly shouldn't matter. Personally, I like to use dark chocolate. Melt the chocolate (in chip form, if possible) in a small saucepan and add about 1 teaspoon of vegetable shortening (a little more or less depending on the amount of chocolate you're using) until it is smooth. dip the strawberries, then let them dry.

i know it's vague, but its not difficult at all. good luck!
