You don't get to do whatever you like with someone's property just because they're in jail. Your sister should have asked your ex step dad's permission in person, and gotten it in writing, before moving into that house. She and her husband should also be putting some money into his account at the jail so he can buy stuff from the canteen. Jail sucks and it's even worse when people on the outside take advantage of the situation.

Why would your mom want to encourage your sister to stay with the loser by giving them the house? What did he steal all that money for?
Sounds like dope to me.....
If your mom is letting them go and live there because they have no other place to go, then thats all the reason for your sister to dump the guy. He sounds like trouble - for your sister and the rest of the family. Talk to your mom -
she needs to learn about common sense.
Good luck.

Your sister and brother-in-law are moving into your ex dad's house and your mad about that? It's not your house so why even be mad. If it was your house then I'd understand your anger, but if you were to be pissed off, i guess it be towards your mom, but then again, it's her choise and if she is making a BIG MISTAKE in letting that thieve in there, and you have warned her not to, she will eventually learn the hard way.

Query - what is the doing in religeeon section?
2. if the step dad owns the house ( its in his name, and he finds out )- he can nail EACH OF YOU for home invation, breaking and entering for each and every time you entered and left the house. that makes all of you stealing lying punks.

Yes life is not fair sometimes and messed up people seem to be getting away with something but do realize that the people that think they are getting away with doing evil in this life and have no punishment coming are sadly mistaken.

Natural to be angry. Hopefully he can take thia opporunity to better himself.
But Yes I would be extremely angry, but I would also take this as a chance to see things in a different way. Maybe he is being given a chance to change himself for the better. We can hope so.

the size of a house doesn't dictate the size of the happiness inside. you ca be happy, comfy & content in a small house, or miserable in a big one. or vice versa.
