I need to make a animated button or graphic for my website. I need to know a website to make one on or something ! Please help !

need dreamweaver software first of all. then you can make a web page and some animated graphic buttons and add behaviours to them so like if you roll over them, u can have em change image or colour. or when u roll over them they can have text pop up under it so it says where its taking u i.e. what page. u then add links to teh buttton so it can take u to another pg so then u need to add links to them etc. u should have asked in the programme and multimedia section under COMPUTERS AND INTERNET and then PROGRAMMING AND DESIGN. good luck.
