Yes so long as you remove the installation from the original computer. Depending on which version of office it is, you may need to call M$ when you are activating it and explain what you did, if you're lucky you'll stay in the automated loop.

You might get in trouble. That is for a one time installation. It would likely work, if you have the installation CD, but I would not use it, because it might screw up in the installation . Second times around with these is very iffy.

if you have the disc you can. you'll have to register it again by calling microsoft if it the new programs.
