My three year old son gets an erection every time he has a bowel movement. I never noticed until we got him potty trained. Is this normal?

Yes, it's totally normal. I have 3 boys, so I've come to accept all the weird penis things that go on in my house. LOL I had no brothers growing up, so raising boys has been quite an education.

I'd say probably. But you should ask the pediatrician if you're concerned. It wouldn't hurt.
