Try taking fish oils with omega 3,6 and 9 ...they help increase concentration when taken every day.

I think your putting too much pressure on yourself. Everyone makes mistakes and everyone has bad days. Try drinking V (enegry drink) they increase concentration, or start drinking coffee. Even just eating right will help you with your mistakes. Dont be afraid to ask for help
