Of course,
I have recited it fully in Arabic twice, and I have read two translations from different authors of it in English. I am now studying the explanation and commentary of the Qu'ran by the Classical Scholar Ibn Kathir, this volume is more than 4000 pages in 10 books.

I'm a Muslim. After reading the responses on this question I have to wonder if people really do feel that way about us. If so then that's really sad to see that the human race has declined to that extent. Not every Muslim is the same as CNN portrays us to be. Just like not every Christian is a complete idiot like some popular televangists I've seen.
In answer to your question - yes I've read the Quran. And because of that I became a Muslim.

The ones who speak and read Arabic who've read the Qu'ran in its entirety, usually say that in reading the Arabic version, that it is to be the original wording of God--or something to that effect; and that all other language translations are not the true wording of God.
Another question could be:
Has any Christian ever read the bible in its entirety, may I add? Some do while others don't.
The same may be asked for all other religions.
Some read no part of their holy book, while others read part, while others read most, while others read all.

As Muslims, we are required to read and understand the Quran. Unfortunately, first generation American Muslims and younger tend to just memorize and read it.
I, personally, refuse to memorize a Surah (chapter) before I understand it. Not only does it help me memorize it better, but it also helps me cite certain Surahs when the need arises.
Good Quran translations include: Saheeh International's Copy, titled, "The Quran.

Yes, it is common practice to read the entire Qur'an, in sections, during Ramadan and to meditate upon that which you have read. I have only read an English translation, but I have brothers and sisters who have studied Arabic so that they can read the Qur'an in its original language.

One of my best friends--a Muslim, has read parts of the Qu'ran translated in English. She hasn't really studied it though.
