Yes..Our Troops are the instrument of our federal government, and carries out that will. The people are currently in disagreement ( Admit it, Republican, only 30 % support the war now ) and are trying to change the government's mind, or BODY, and bring it in line with it's thinking. The troops need our support, and I do 100%, I just disagree with the Government in how those troops are used!

Yes it does make sense.
How do you support the troops.
Are you outraged at Kerry calls them terrorist
Bill Arkin refers to them as mercenaries
Murtha calls them cold blooded murders

I keep hearing the idea of how liberals support the troops yet I have hard with a your line when I don't see much of liberals sending support to the troops.

I would say yes. This is a somewhat controvresial war. I support the war, but I understand why others dont. Yes, you can still support the troops. And that includes anything, from thanking them to sending them gift packages.

It sure does. The troops never started that foolish thing. They get orders and obey them. They do/did their job to the best of their ability and should be commanded for it.

The best way to eliminate all wars is to have the two head of states go at each other one on one, there would hardly ever be bloodshed, if any.

Yes. I am conservative. I don't like the war, but I agree that it is necessary to keep us safe. I also believe that all the troops over there agreed to protect their country and are not forced to be there.

The problem isn't whether or not you agree with the war, the problem is that too many cowards want to roll over and surrender to terrorism because some cowardly anti-American college professor told them too, not because they are interested in protecting their country.

I thank God that we still have men and women with the courage to go forth and preserve our freedom and security. The rest should crawl in a hole and die the cowards they are.

Of course. Our troops don't have a say in what wars are started, and don't have a say in where they are deployed to. They're doing a tough job, and they're doing it because they love their country, so it makes complete sense to support our troops whether or not you agree with the wars the President chooses to start.

Well, after seeing the clip of some of our soldiers in a big truck...teasing some little kids(for seveal long bloacks) with a bottle of water....I wasn't so supportive. What has this war turned them into? Did their parents teach them ot behave that way? I felt so sorry for those little kids...begging for water....and these soldiers were laughing their butts off while filming the whole thing. Shame, shame.

It makes perfect sense to me because I agree.

Our troops are one reason why I'm against the war.

I'm tired of opening my paper every day and reading about another young Military man or woman being buried.
