Is this sentence correct?

I ´m learning English, and I ´d like you to help me with this.Imagine the following situation. I ´m having a chat with Peter, and he says to me: Could you please phone John and tell him to come at 11?
I pick up the phone and say to John:Peter says that you come at 11. Is that a correct sentence?.Is there a better way of expressing it?

Not proper. If Peter is Johns boss say to John, "Peter said for you come at 11." It's more polite or friendly to say to John, "Peter asked me to call and ask you to please come at 11."

Peter says that you are to come at 11.
Peter would like you to come at 11.

"Peter says that you come at 11" is a correct sentence but doesn't mean what you want to say; it means that John regularly does come at 11.

Lots of ways would work:

Peter asks/requests/suggests that you come at 11.
Peter says you should come at 11.
Peter wants you to come at 11.
Peter asked/told me to tell you to come at 11.

"Peter asked me to tell you to come at 11:00" might be more clear.
