This a tough questions man. Everyone is different. Sorry about your breakup. I think first you need to take some time and grieve a little bit. Don't get all down but take some time to be sad. Then think about yourself. Think about what you want and what you want in a person. If yall broke up something was not right. Think about what you can do in your next relationship and what qualities you would like to find in someone else. Then go out and try new things. You don't have to date, but go see where people who have interests like you do hang out. Don't be afraid to put yourself out there. Go have fun. Don't rebound. That is not fair to you or another person. Breakups burn for a little while, but you will move on. You will find someone who is a great match for you. It is tough at first, but you can do. Many have. Good luck man!
BTW - 305 till I die. I'm from South Miami. Live in Atlanta now.

Take time out to grieve. At some point you will feel like dating again. Probably the best thing to keep your mind off her is to spend a lot of time with your friends, or start a new hobby and meet new people and have new experiences that don't remind you of her.

there is no specific cure-all way that is the same for everyone. you need to find what works best for you to get you to stop letting her consume your thoughts all the time. you need to first of all accept what happened and then go through the healing process.. let yourself go through all the necessary emotions.. don't hold them back. you may have anger, confusion, denial, frustration, hatred, you know all that fun stuff ;) ..and remember that the only one thing that can help is TIME. and that amount of time is different for everyone and depends on the situation and the person. and always remember you are an amazing person and love yourself! :) best wishes to you!!!

Time definitely, and also hang with friends or do someting to take your mind off of them. The more you dont think about them the faster you will get over them trust me. It took me 7 months to get over the guy i loved after we broke up. It hurt but now I dont regret anything and couldnt be happier with out him.

well my boy friend broke up with me yesterday and he wanted to have sex and i didn't so we broke up and so it depends on why you broke up so if it was about sex and she wasn't ready then you shouldn't be hurt she should but by the way you are sounding it seams that it was something else so my advice is that eat a bunch of junk food and get over her because its not worth it to spend your life sobbing over one girl and i know that that sounds really hard but its true trust me

Find a hobby. Occupy your life so you don't have to think about her.
