You need to be loved or let yourself be loved. You are "weak" show people this, they know you are, and they will love you if you let your guard down, because then you're acting like who you really are. It's always a personality disorder if you lack attachment to other people, but guess what? Who is to say what is normal or not, why do we keep fooling ourselves that we "need" love, these are all things made up by humans. If we were living like animals with no language we would never no the difference and the people with the "mental disorders" would probably kill other people better. You are just built with more primal genetics, but don't worry. And you do have a concept of reality, just not one that's accepted by people that think they're right when identifying what is reality and isn't.

This sounds like a serious condition and you should seek medical advise ASAP. You will be fine if you do not let the symptoms progress -"no concept" of reality is what I find to be the most troubling. Get to a doctor, there are medications that can stabilize you mood.

Yeah, I had that too. It was from too much coffee, too many hours, no concept of reality cause I worked 16 hours with 6 hours sleep if I was lucky. The coffee burns up b vitamins which make brain chemicals and the rest was history. Does lots of weird stuff to you head when you run out of brain chemicals.

It sounds like depression combined with a personality disorder of perhaps borderline personality with a touch of OCD hourding.
Please see a mental health professional soon. You may very well need a selective seratonin reuptake inhibitor (fancy name for anti-depressant/anti-anxiety meds). A pro should diagnosis you. Good luck!
