Any quick ideas on preparing thin strip steak??

Seasoning, etc...??

Marinate in Italian dressing, thread on skewers (with OR without veggies) and grill.

If you are going to grill it, try this. Brown sugar or honey, seasoning salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you like. Rub it in (or slosh it around in the plate to spread the honey) then cook fast on a hot grill. Yummy.

you can dip in egg and use bread crumbs then fry in pan...
