I am 18 years old and im 5-foot-10 115 lbs my bmi is 19.4 which is underweight so i went to the doctor and he told me if i get any skinner he may be visiting me in the hospital, this is alarming to me and I would like to be at least 160 lbs by summer time, also the football coach kicked me off the team he said i was a risk to injury and said if i can get to a normal weight by training camp this summer i can play im a WR and i score most of the points for the team, i am a very important part of the team i recieved for 3k+ yards and we are a state champ team getting back on the team is essential... could someone lay out a daily meal regimine or something simialar that would give me at least 3 or 4k calories a day? I am a picky eater (thats why i am so skinny) so this may be hard to do
