Try wearing steel-toe shoes for 6 yrs! But okay, I can relate... you're going to need a pumice stone and some really good foot lotion - sally hansen has some that works. start by using the pumice stone dry then wet your feet - when you sleep, apply the cream and sleep with your socks on. Be consistent - you might have to use some "nippers" to get rid of some of the callous, but be sure that you don't just do it all at once, because that can hurt. As for daytime, try to avoid using those sneakers that are apparently not shaped for your type feet, or if you have to, put band-aids over your toes to minimize the rubbing. If you don't trust yourself in handling the nippers, then go to the nail salon and have the nail tech take care of you and tell them to pay special attention to your problem areas and keep it up after that yourself. Good luck!
