I don't think it's possible to fall in love until someone lets you in enough to really know them. I can feel like love and that passion is often worse after rejection that love. I am trying to pluck up the courage up at the moment to ask someone out who I know would let me down easily if he didn't want to, but that's never the point. The thought of knowing for sure your interest does not feel the same for you is just horrible.

Keep on loving..
.. it's not like a tap which you can turn on and off... but if it's going nowhere "romantically".....be there as a friend.

Love is like an unstable element which has only just been discovered... you don't know how to handle it at first, but you learn by experience... then you don't know how to combine it with other elements....

... time and experience help (because it's impossible to get data-sheets on it!!)... the worst reaction you can have is to reject or attack that person... it's just not worth it.

Finally, an easy question. You accept it. Then you bawl your eyes out . Then you blow your nose a couple of times. Then you go out into the kitchen and fix something good to eat. Then you either take a nap or do something else you like to do. In other words, you deal with it, accept it the best way you know how, and keep moving forward with your life.

This is so funny to me because this just happened to me like a few minutes ago and I was sitting here feeling bad, and wondering why this person that I knew for so long don't want me. So I came to the conclusion when I read your question that it's the people who reject us loss not yours or mines. I feel better now I hope you feel better also.

I'd cry my heart out (I've done this in the past) ...get over the fact that I've been rejected..and find someone else to love me for me. Life's too short and there are way 2 many fish in the sea.

Heart broken. It is only natural to be extremely hurt when someone you love rejects you. The best thing to do is take
a few days to be sad (mourn) then move on. Time doesn't heal
the wounds, but it makes it easier to deal with.

Depending on How old you are. You really have to realize that you have to move on...she will. My advice is to concentrate on yourself and be Happy with who you are and Proud of who you want to be. That is the ultimate "Revenge"...when someone whom you were in Love with no longer Loves you...Make them "Realize" that It was the biggest mistake of their life by becoming SOMEONE and playing a major role in life. It may take a few months for her to notice improvement, but ultimately in the end she will and you won't care because you found yourself and someone who appreciates "You".

Come back and ask this question when you've been rejected by a person after 10 years of marriage and a couple of beautiful kids together...

Broken heart ... tears ... then pick myself up and move on.

However a person reacts, that is ok because they have a right to feel how they feel after someone dumps them. It's not easy, it hurts very bad but you have to look towards tomorrow. Be strong!

Get a rifle, climb a tower and start shooting. Kidding. She is doing you a favor. Chase someone else.
