If you speak french then you can help me greatly, I would like if someone could help me translate this:

I love you more that anything my little muffin body

FYI please don't post anything like : "Don't know"

What's a muffin body? In french, it would translate by "mon corps de petit pain au lait..." literally, but you would never say that.

Really, I am french and I would translate your sentence like this:
"Je t'aime plus que tout, mon petit bout de choux".

Extremely cute...

I don't think they french have a word for "muffin" -
How about "brioche"?
"Chou-chou" (cabbage) works though...
