Asics has good neutral running shoes and I believe they make your size. I use the Asics Gel Fortitude II. Good shoe. I use orthotics and I don't get overcorrection with this shoe.

The New Balance 1122 is available in a 6E
http://www.newbalance.com/running/training/M1122/
This may not have the level of arch support as a typical neutral running shoe. But, you can make up for that using a custom insert. You're probably better off finding any good running shoe in a 6E, then substituting the insert to get the level of arch support you need.

Try New Balance. They have very wide shoes and large toe boxes on their shoes. My dad had 5E shoes and wore NB most of his life.
You will have to order the shoes or buy them online as it will probably be difficult (at best) to find them in stock but that shouldn't be an issue.
Good Luck!
