Exactly what kind of chile verde are you talking about??
If it is the kind in Mexican resturaunts these recipes aren't it.
Cube your pork meat
put it in a frying pan and cover with water- boil until meat is soft
when water is gone, put a couple of TBS of oil in pan, fry for a couple of minutes
you need tomatillas- either fresh or in a can
if fresh cover with water and boil until soft- put a couple chile de arbol and a couple of cloves of garlic in there too. Blend it with all the liquid- you want it a little watery. Salt to taste
Add this to your frying pan- simmer this for about 30 min to let the flavors meld and chile to thicken up to desired consistancy
