If you have to ask this question, I think you already have made your decision. You're just looking for popular opinion to back you up.

Go ahead and leave her. You'll be doing her a favor.

That is completely up to you. Should your girlfriend decide to embark on a career in the Navy, if you decide to stay together, then you should be supportive of her as she makes her way through basic training, then A school (advance training) and an eventual station assignment.
The decision she made to sign up, for whatever reason is hers alone, just as deciding to break up and go your separate ways or remain together is also up to you and your girlfriend. No one can tell another person what to do, as I do not know the entire circumstances surrounding your relationship. However, since you are questioning whether to stay with her should she sign up, indicates that you do not trust her enough to let her test her wings-
If that is the case then you should definately let her go, as neither of you will be happy. However, if you stay, it will be no bed of roses either, its a rough life not only in the service but also for those who are left behind, namely, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, wives, husbands, sons and daughters. I know first hand of what I am speak about, I lost ten years with my dad, who was a career Navy man, and never really got to know who he was, until after his death in 2001.

no way bro, i have a friend in the navy and tells me that girls in the navy get slutty or gay, even if the are in a relation ship, think about it alone at sea for up to 3 to 6 months with the same people all day and night, but it all depends on how your girl friend is. then again are going to be faith full while she is gone.......NO!

Reastically? Umm no.. it changes everything.. and it certainly will change everything... Military marriages hardly ever work out, having a GF/BF in the navey works out even less unless you are in the navy and on the same base/duty station

That depends in good part on how much you trust her and where/what duty she's assigned under. remember, an Air Craft Carrier might have 10% of it's 5,000 members be female, and that's alot of attention for a girl to turn down.

in case you like her out of your coronary heart confident you will desire to stay on a similar time as she's interior the army in case you could not wait on her on a similar time as she serves her usa then you definately do no longer fairly love her and not lots of a guy and don't unload her in case you look after your female chum are you engaged if no longer then do what you elect too yet tell her in case you will watch for her or date different's

NOPE, unless you plan on getting married (which is hard enough) it will be too much of a strain on your relationship especially if she gets deployed on ship, or stationed overseas. Also, single people in the military have a habit (not 100%) of "wandering" from their relationship.

I don't know, what do yo think. Are that shallow that you can't be away from her? Are you scared that she will find some real men. Are you afraid that she will find out how much of a dork you really are?

I don't think she has anything to be worried about,,,,,,,,I think you do though.
