My daughter is 7, wil be 8 in May. She is 4 feet 3 inches tall, 66 pounds. Is this too tall?? She is very proportionate, I wonder if she is going to be really tall!

went to a conversion site. 4'3 is 129.5cm (my daughter is 8 in March and is 131 cm tall)
66lb is 30kg. that is also the same as my daughter.
Are they going to be tall well going by my daughters feet yes (she is Australian size 5.) There is no such thing as too tall. They are what they are.

Thats not too tall, my little sister was 3 feet tall at age 3. She's almost six now and is coming close to 4 feet tall.

start puperty. A growth spurt, moodyness,
sweating, body odor. Are just a few of the
signs.

Why would tall be a bad thing? My 5 yr old son is 4 ft 1 in.

My daughter just turned 9 in October, she is 4'8 and weighs 80 lbs. Her father is 6'4", so I always knew she was going to be tall. As long as she is proportionate, don't worry about it.

Yep, my guess is that by the time she is 18 she will be 137 feet tall.... if she doesn't explode first!
What do you mean is it too tall? And what in heavens name are you going to do about it either way?? If she is 7 and 4'3, she could be 4'3" at 18, or 7'3", neither is too tall... or too short.
Love your daughter for what she is, not for what you think she should be.

No, she's not too tall. My daughters have both grown faster than boys their age. My middle school daughter and her friends make the boys look like dwarves.

Some kids grow faster when they are small. Others hit there growth spurt in the early teens. As long as she is not overly obese, you have nothing to worry about. Her friends will catch up with her height, and she may be taller but that is nothing to worry about.
