I recently quit drinking alcohol cold turkey but I am still a smoker. My mouth is constantly dry, is there anything that can help aleviate this?

Drink lots of fluids.

Drink water throughout the day. Also keep away from caffeinated drinks as they would dehydrate you which would make your problem worse. I think that there is also some kind of gum for dry mouth, but I don't know the name of it.

I agree with hard candy, especially the slightly sour ones like Jolly Rancher. Or Quench gum. And push on drinking water alot, always have that around. I find coffee to be no help. If you LIKE coffee, fine, but alternate a cup or bottle of water with your coffee intake.

Hey congradulations on your quit, They have a mouth wash at walmart now especially for dry mouth. It's called Oasis

In addition to drinking more water chew gum. Chewing gum increases the saliva in your mouth

hard candy or mints drink more water and supplement your diet with vitamin c.
