I've been in a similar situation, although with my aunt's step-son, so we're technically legal and it doesn't go against my religious beliefs, but the fact that the rest of my family views him as a blood cousin presented a MAJOR barrier for me. We never went further than holding hands every so often, and never told each other that we loved one another, because we both knew it couldn't work out, but even though I look at him now like any of my other guy friends, I know it can't work.
Blood relation is a major problem-- Stop the relationship from going any further! You've got to pull back and tell him to do the same. I'm still close friends with my "cousin" and hang out with him when I can, and I'm glad we didn't go further because that would have presented major problems with my family and it would have probably destroyed our friendship.
All I can say is no matter how much it hurts, you need to stop where you are and don't go any further. You'll end up regretting it big time if you two go too far and end up destroying the friendship and affection you have now.

Sometimes you find attraction to people who you find character traits that you want in a person. You realize as you grow older what you want more in a person. He sounds like he is confusing you. He is bestowing affection towards you and who doesn't like affection bestowed upon them? It is nice that he is complimenting you and that he likes how you look. As we become teenagers our hormone and testosterone levels change too. We beome more aware of the physical attributes of each other.
I would thank him for the compliment and firmly tell him that it cannot be anything else but cousins. Tell him you only wish to be friends and cousins nothing else. If he even tries anything else, you must stay away from each other. I think it is just best to stay with someone out of the family.
Incest is frowned upon. Incest can occur between same-sex as well as opposite-sex relatives. It can occur between related children, between parents and their children, or between adult relatives.
Incest between close blood-relations is a crime in most nations even in cases where the sex is consensual, although again the extent of the definition of "close" varies. However, since incest is an interpersonal act that takes place in private, it is a difficult law to be enforced. There are wide differences between nations as to how serious the crime of incest is. In some countries, such as Australia, incest is a serious indictable offence, while in others it is a minor crime with much less serious consequences.

Wow... That's... Really, not... good? I mean, he's your cousin and all... But it all depends on if YOU like him or not. Because if you don't, then refuse him.
It's another thing if you do though. It's awkward enough seeing him as a cousin, but as a boyfriend?
I'm sorry, but I don't know enough of this situation to really help you. >_< If you want you can email me.

Wow, I really feel sorry for you. It looks like this cousin of yours could be potentially dangerous for you. I would get parental help on this one. If I were you, I would definatly tell someone such as your mom or someone you trust like an older sister. They can help you get out of this potentially dangerous situation. He shouldn't be bothering you like this and if it makes you uncomfortable its definatly wrong.

I used to like my Cousin, but that all changed ages ago. When he gets a girlfriend or you get a boyfriend, he'll forget all about it and then you can move on.

Just politely explain to him that cousins should not be dating or marrying. Don't know what else I can tell you.
