I don't think its a big disease but little headaches everyday.

having my 97 year old mother living with me does it for me!

Seriously I think stress is a major reason so many have frequent headaches. It can keep you from sleeping well at night, keep you tired and dragging through the day, both of which can cause the tension to build into a headache.

could be your eyesight, allergies,sinus, tension, or stress. there's no 1 answer to this question there could be several culprits. what else are you experiencing?
