SpyBot S&D
http://www.spybot.info/en/index.html

Install and update, then run all...

If you still have problems, go to
http://www.download.com/HijackThis/3000-8022_4-10379544.html
and download HijackThis, run program and save report, then go to Windows BBS http://www.windowsbbs.com/forumdisplay.php?f=41 and post a

Go to http://housecall65.trendmicro.com/. It is online (so it is always up to date), removes viruses, spyware and it is free.
It will remove the infection but it does not prevent future infections.
The best proteccion against spyware is prevention. Software like spybot are very good, but if you don't update it or if you are not computer savy, it may bother you.
