Probably not. At least not the real strict ones. No religion can stand up that well to the secular joys of life. People will always choose song, sex and fun over praying 6 times a day.

they are trying their damn hardest to, Islam is winning this war, its like a parasite in countries that just expands then conquers. just look at lebanon, sudan, saudi arabia, iraq, iran, afghanistan, pakistan, thailand, mylasia, indonesia, etc...
