Coffee Ice cream with chocolate and pecans.

Gooey Cake
1 egg
1 melted stick of butter
yellow cake mix
Mix all together and put on the bottom of a glass baking dish
1 stick of melted butter
2 eggs
1- 8oz cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
mix together
add 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
mix
pour over crust
bake 350 for about 45 min.
I think It is best cold. But some people like it warm.

I didnt have any "desserts" in the house, so I toasted a piece of bread, put lots of butter on, then peanut butter, then jam, then sliced bananas.... YUM
