There are no specific foods that help prevent greying of hair. However eating a balanced diet consisting of wolegrain cereals, all types of fruits and vegetables particularly raw , protein foods such as sprouts, skim milk, dals, soyabeans, mushrooms, eggs and fish, very little oil and sugar, that supplies all the essential nutrients does help to a large extent to prevent greying.

I have same problem,so I'm using vitamin-E rich almonds oil, U know it is working but slowly.So U can also try .

foods and vitamins rich in copper. i used to be almost completely gray haired, i changed my diet, included multi vitamins and minerals, increased my copper intake and my hair actually started turning back to its natural color.
