My hair has a natural wave that is impossible to control. I straighten my hair in the morning and use hairspray but it never seems to have that "I just finished getting ready" look by the end of the day like so many women in my office still have at 5! Any suggestions!?

I have a bit of the same problem. I finally found something that worked.
I use Aveda products and my hair is straight the entire day.

I work in both of them into my hair while wet. Blow dry and straighten it with a good straightening iron.

Get a good hair straightener and don't use as much product on your hair. A good hairstraightener like a GHD will actually make a real difference to the hairstyle and I can do my own hair with one and have it perfect for about three days, sleeping on it too. Try to limit product because it can make the hair look greasy.
