Large flake oatmeal, long cooking with wheat germ sprinkled on top, with fresh or frozen blueberries sprinkled on top with brown sugar yes i know sugar isnt good but i cant eat it without it, and soya milk for milk on top.....

A bowl of corn flakes and or oatmeal with raisins, cashews and almonds and other nuts. Idli and vada if traditional. Multi-grain bread with added fiber. A few suggestions. Fruit will be a good addition.
