This is the second time I ask because no one gets it right.

If you have 5 ice cubes and 2 melted, How many ice cubes do you have left?

well the answer is zero.

it's supposed to work like this.

You: if you have 5 icecubes and 2 melt how many do you have left.

if the person you tell this to is smart they would say

Person: why did only to melt?

meaning if they are out or in the freezer they should have the same reactons.

be sure to share the right answer

if you HAVE 5 ice cubes = present tense (meaning you have 5 NOW).

and if 2 MELTED = past tense (meaning you no longer have these two).

If 2 have already melted, and you have 5 now.
The answer is 5, not 3.
You must have started with 7, if 2 have already melted

0 because if they are all at the same temp and 2 melt then the other 3 have to melt too! if you put 3 in the freezer and 2 out side on a summer day then you would have 3 leftr bvut if they are all at you same temp then they ALL melt! not only 2! is this a trick?

Cant really answer this question. The answer would be 3. But we dont know what happened to the remaining ice cubes. Maybe I used them to make my Coke a little colder since I didnt put the cans in the fridge. Perhaps it was hot out and I put them in my dogs water dish to keep the water cool. If I put 2 in there then Id only have 1 left. Ha ha ha ha. Peace out..................

If 2 melted, I think the others would've melted, too. So you got ZERO.
