Anal Itching?

I don't know what to do? This is so embarrassing! My anus has been itching. I have washed it but it still itches.What should I do?

Please be serious.

You might have pinworms, which tend to come out of the GI tract in the perianal region. They cannot be gotten rid of by washing because their eggs are in the intestine, and require antiparasitic medication (usually albendazole).
