She is perfect but i dont think she likes me that way we do talk in person and on msn but i get nervous arround her. She thinks im funny but weird should i ask her out and if so how???

You should get to know her and her interests- girls like guys who act interested in their life. Just don't ask to many because that might seem a little to interested, like a stalker. If you want to ask her out do it soon because she might like you too. I wasted a whole year of being with my boyfriend because i never told him how i felt and it turned out he liked me the whole time. Good luck!!! There are two things going on here.
Nervous or excited..take your pick.
I email her and ask her out..that way you have that part done..and then you just go date her.
