My mum got me a good one from WHS. You might have to order it from a smaller branch? Its a good version as they have coloured the countries all different colours so they stand out from each other at a glance. There is also a matching version of the UK.

If you have a stationery supplier at work have a nose in their catalogue - your company might let you do a personal purchase through their books?
Other from that any map shop or even WHSmith. For that size though I can't imagine it being cheap. You might have the options of having it laminated (more dosh tho) or even mounted (even more dosh again).
