Yes, it would be like crying normally, but underwater. You wouldn't see the tears and it would probably burn your eyes.

yes, and no. When you cry, you inhale then begin to emit tears. if you were under water, you wwould inhale the water then cry but could potentially drwon in doing so, so it is advised not to do it. but you can still cry under water even if it is not visible to you.
