There is no way to prove it, and you would end up looking like a fool, what's the life guard going to say, "hey, you, quit peeing in the pool"
You could make sure that everyone knows the pool rules.

The local public pool was shut down a few years ago, according to the newspaper they tested the water and found it was over 60 percent urea.

dont its got chemicals dont it but as long as ur not swimming in pee and no water dont and are you sure they are peeing?
