I've been suffering with RLS for 16 years and just 3 years ago started to treat it because I saw a neurologist. I've found that primary physicians just don't know how to treat it. My neurologist knew soooo much about RLS and the different options I could try. There is 2 medications that he recommended. First I tried Mirapex, but now I'm on Requip. Mirapex is a drug to treat parkinsons but Requip is specially designed to help RLS suffers. It's working wonders no RLS and just 1 side effect, joint pain. See if you can get a referral to a neurologist. Good luck.

Welcome to a learning process about muscles. Read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It teaches about muscles, pain and referred pain and how to fix it.
The best mix of vitamins according to a heart specialist in CA are prenatal.
The thing all vitamins seem low on is the combination of magnesium and potassium (the very thing muscles need) but they can be found in bananas or molasses
