Gold is a precious metal and already really expensive. It doesn't matter where you go you're paying for the material. To get it at a name brand place is stupid like Tiffany's, zales, kay etc Because not only are you paying for the material, but also the name brand. So you'll more likely get less material. Hop into a no name jewelry store and bargain your way down the price. It doesn't matter where the ring is from because the gold and diamonds already make it expensive. You actually should be looking at the product. In a non-chain jewelry shop you'll be paying for the weight of the gold. You could also ask to get it engraved. in gold you'll be looking at the karat. Because the higher the karat the higher in concentration the gold is. For a bridal set I suggest 18k gold because you're suppose to keep it forever. Eventually after tumed, wear & tear. The white will fade and gold's appearance will start to show. You just need to get it white gold dipped at that point. If you want it to stay white forever you buy platinum. But its really expensive. 10 ->14k ->18k -> 22k ->24k (pure gold, so nothing white here) (the higher the karat, the more expensive. The more it weighs the more expensive) its a fair system. Then, diamonds. This is tricky for me. And I used to work in a jewelry store. But the pricing goes by clarity, color, clarity and cut. -For color you want to get to as clear as possible: z, is like platinum. better than perfect or clear. DEF, is colorless (these are ideal if you want big stones) (for smaller and many stones you can get away with the more yellower stones because you can't see them as well. YOu can get a bargain ring really nice looking ring that has many stones, pay attention to the setting, or how the ring is held because these stones can fall out. Especially if they're cheap, super small and glued together) -The carat, is the higher the number, the bigger the diamond. The bigger the more expensive. -The cut & clarity. YOu can associate it with the shape but its more about how flawless the diamond was cut and if it has no cracks. Its a token of your affection, not an investment so Just look at the diamond and if it looks okay to don't worry about it. The only thing is these 4 "c"s affect value. So in the jewelry world, you get what you pay for. If you want a bargain don't go to a name brand store. Go to a neighborhood shop and ask about the 4 c's, weight of the gold, karat of the gold. You either pay for the size and weight or the quality. So find a happy medium between the two to fit your budget. This is why brand name doesn't matter for jewelry. Because its already precious, you just want to get it at a good quality and a reasonable price for that quality.

It will take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to get sized. They would have to send the ring out, since they would not have someone working in the store that would be able to size it. So for it only being a few days, I would call and see when they expect to get it back.

Walmart sends their jewelry out to be sized or done by another company. So it usually takes about 4 weeks, sometimes less, but not more than 4 weeks.
I had my earrings done there, the ones with your name on it, 14k gold, and it took them exactly 3 weeks, for mine and 4 weeks for my daughter.
If you need them sooner, you might want to go to Walmart and ask a manager to call the company where they sent it to. They can do that for you.

Wal-mart does not size the rings themselves. They send the rings that need to be sized to a local jeweler. Ask them which jeweler they send the rings to and contact them.
I've gotten a few rings from W-M and in general it takes about 2-3 weeks. Please do note that you are doing this during high volume season and it will probably take longer. 3-4 weeks.

take it from someone who has worked for walmart before; there is no way to track it and it usually takes up to four weeks. i would go back to the store where purchased and take the rings and receipt and ask them. the jewelry department should have told you when abouts it would be ready for pick up

Usually it takes about a week to get a ring sized. If it's been longer, CALL their customer service and get an answer.

I also got my bridal set from Walmart too. Beings that we got mine close to Christmas, they were alot quicker on it, and since you ordered yours close to Valentines day, they will prolly get it done within a month to 6 weeks tops. They will call you or your fiance when it comes in!
Hope I could help!

You need to call & ask. Every location is different & I'm sure it depends on how busy they are & how many other items are getting worked on as well.
