When my bf and I started dating 2 years ago I said I was 100% opposed to strippers and strip bars and hed agree to never go
Now his friends having a bachelor party and he thinks he should beable to go.... I think its absolutly disrespectful for my bf to go to a strip bar and be any part of that sort of thing
I dont think I could touch him myself or even look at him for a long time afterwards Id be full of disgust and feeling so unrespected
Am I being irrational??

it is possible for your bf to find other chicks attractive while he is in love with u. GOT IT?? your bf being around strippers does not put his love for u in question. i think u have a right to expect him to honor his word since he made a promise to u regarding strippers. but i do think it is immature and insecure of u to require this type promise from your mate. it tells me that u are threatened by the thought of your bf being around other women. or if your point is that strippers are dirty, u need to loosen up and stop being a damn prude. as long as he's not finger poppin those whores or lickin their breasts i don't think u should make a big deal out of it. OK? in the real world men like to look at OTHER woman who they aren't with from time to time. perfectly normal.

Yes, you are being irrational...in some strip bars the patrons see more just going to the beach...and, if he is only looking why would that make it difficult for you to look at him?

um if it was his idea then no. .... but this day is for his friend and hes only going for him. by bieng like that it can push your guy away. if your in a committed relationship and you trust each other it shouldnt be that big of a deal if he does it this just once. but if he hid it from you or made a habit out of it then you could say something. but if this relationship means alot to you then let it go just this once and keep the anger to yourself.

honestly it is disrespectful of him since he knows you don't like them. however this is a bachelor party, which is slightly different, it's not like he planned this. and you can't control his life. and you can't be in a relationship with him if you don't trust him to go to the party.
let him go. it's not going to kill you.

not irrational, but maybe a question of trust. he might watch someone strip but hey its not personal, he might like it but probably because he's thinking of you. let him go it will be good for both of you open ypur mind and explore.
