You should not drink too much milk becaus eevery body digests lactose differently... Drinking way to much milk..like say 1 gallon is way too much for the human digestive track....It may get to the point where you cant digest it all and u may have to take something to relieve the pain... Ive drinken too much milk before and it mae me throw up.. I dont kno what or if its gonna do anything to you.. but u should definitely be carefull.. Were not animals..cows for example.. We're not built for that kind of consumption.. But do w/e u want..

Anything in excess is bad for you. Our bodies are not made to process too much of anything all at once...kinda like when you drink too much alcohol, you're body can't process it quickly enough to keep it from having "side effects" so you get drunk. The same thing may be happening when you drink too much milk, you don't get drunk of course, but your body is still trying to process too much of one thing all at one time. I just recently heard of a radio contest (2nd hand info here) that had something to do with the person who could drink the most water won the prize. This person drank 2 gallons of water (at once?) and she ended up dying. She did win though, yippee! The radio station got calls from doctors and nurses telling them how dangerous the contest was but they held it anyway and just made people sign disclaimers. Like I said, anything in excess isn't good for us!

so which you're eating a pair of quart an afternoon. i assume thats no longer too undesirable. yet save to the skim in case you gotta a million/2 it. 2% milk continues to be 50% fat. No kidding, inspect the form of energy from fat consistent with serving and you will see it. hey, I gotta say its extra effective than eating that lots soda an afternoon, so what else am i able to assert.

High blood pressure, calcification - too much calcium in the bones is just as bad as not having enough, weight gain, higher colesterol levels (if drinking full cream milk especially). Then there is the most serious one: death.

Cholesterol.
A Danish experiment has proved that milk in moderation is good for you, the calcium takes fat out of the body.
