I can only tell you from my own experiences what it sounds like from the little you have suggested, but the best thing really is to call your Doctor, and see what he/she says!! So when you say recently do you mean "last couple of days" or within the past few hours? If it has been the last couple of days, and let's say the pain starts off slow, then progresses, and maybe feels as if someone is pulling your bra tighter than it should go, and oh you are burping a lot, I would think maybe your gall bladder!! You are young for your gall bladder, but if you are overweight, and or might have Indian in you, then your chances increase, I do have Native American and was overweight, still am sort of but anyway all the stuff I described well it was my gall bladder! BUT if the pain just began a couple of hours ago, I would go straight to the ER, could be your appendix and you don't ever want to waste time with that!! Good Luck!!

Hi...I've had about a dozen kidney stones during my life (I'm in my 60s) and i'm not a doctor but your symptoms sure sound familiar. If there's any way you can get to a doc, I'd recommend doing it. In the meantime, if the pain gets really bad, here's something you can try. It has worked for me, even though it hasn't been recommended by a doctor. Lie down in a bathtub full of warm water. Get your back as flat as you can. If it is a kidney stone, this might help take off some of the downward pressure on the ureter, which is the cause of kidney stone pain. The warm water also feels soothing. Like I said, no doctor has ever told me this, but it has worked for me sometimes (not always, unfortunately). Most of the kidney stones I had didn't produce any symptoms other than the pain itself, but a few times I got nauseated and hey - the pain can definitely be so bad it will make you dizzy. Anyway, I hope it's NOT a kidney stone or a kidney infection, but like I said, the symptoms really sound like it might be.

Welcome to a learning process about muscles. Read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It teaches about muscles, pain and referred pain and how to fix it.
I do not want your parents to freak out but the best mix of vitamins according to a heart specialist in CA are prenatal.
The thing all vitamins seem low on is the combination of magnesium and potassium (the very thing muscles need) but they can be found in bananas or molasses.
