It means that Germany is going to recover from the miserable defeat from WWI, and Hitler is going to make it happen, meaning that the economy will begin to bloom (or do well). We all know that later Germany's pride led them to start another World War (the 2nd World War) by attacking Poland, Chekoslovakia and many other countries early in the war. Fascinating Question... Hope I was able to help.

It means:

He is declaring a New Era within the concept of INDUSTRY....

While still at the beginning, he has readily seen the revolutionary development in industry which will keep developing with the days...

Not only did he encourage it, but also he supported it with all it takes in all terms to ensure Germany will develop its INDUSTRIAL GROWTH like never before...

Nations all over the world will be far behind in terms of development, where its OLD FASHIONED INDUSTRY will be weighed as TRIVIAL & PRIMITIVE comparatively speaking with what he was keen & sure on reaching to...

Therefore, OLD INDUSTRY will be worthless in all terms and will accordingly be thrown away...as though it is being used as a char coal for the rapidly developing INDUSTRY TREND at Germany...

Of course he must have had in mind that upon invading other nations & conquering the world...No Nation will be able to confront him with the New Powers he aimed to attain, where eventually such nations will suffer from the Newly Developed German Industry where such nations will feed the German Power Plants & the like due to its weakness where the days will prove him right upon turning...succumbed as such where he will take whatever it takes of natural resources from such countries of what will enable him a continuam of his never ending ambitions on bringing up Germany as the one and only one truely developed & sound country in the world...

His dream was to rule the world...Starting with the weak which has such Natural Resources.....

Before WWI, Germany lead the world in industrial production of war munitions. When they lost WWI, Germany went into one of the worst depressions in history. Hitler rose to power during times of economic deprivation and anger at the winners, England and France. He wanted Germany to go back to being the leading producer of arms and munitions ("do you want butter or do you want guns?") and use those munitions to defeat France and Germany. THEN Germany would be the leader of the world.

World War I almost completely destroyed the German economy while the victors benefited from Germany's defeat. Hitler was expressing his idea that the previous victors, the old world, will be used to fuel the economy of German during the Thousand Year Reich.
