Its not an allergy, its a side effect. Nausea, vomiting etc are common side effects of this type of medication. As to why you are just now having these side effects, who knows. Did you take the medication on an empty stomach? Is this the first time you have taken the medication in a while? Did you have something else at the same time you took the darvocet? Do you have something else going on like a stomach bug or some other infection?
One trick is to take phenergan with your meds. This will help with the side effects.

These are typical side effects with this drug. You may have developed a tolerance or an allergy to Darvocet. Speak with your doctor to see if there is an alternative pain medication he can prescribe.
Also, never drink alcohol with Darvocet...this combination has been linked to many deaths.

It is a common side effect, I guess you just got lucky before when you took it without problem. Try eating some saltine crackers or chicken noodle soup following your dosage, it will likely help you feel better.

You need a doctor, the green stuff is bile. If you can't drink because you are vomiting you could become very dehydrated and this can be dangerous. Please, go to the emergency room if you have to. Don't wait.
