No one of any 'scientific background' has ever done a study to see whether 'fair skinned people' have more cancer than 'dark complected people' do. 'Cancer' is simply a word for a wide group of diseases where some of the tissue 'becomes cancerous' and grows and kills the 'healthy cells around it. You may be thinking about 'skin cancer' but even that isn't a 'real disease' but can be anything from 'keratoses' (the tiny 'skin cancers many older fair skinned people get from too much 'sun exposure') to MALIGNANT MELANOMA which can be either 'due to a genetic disorder' or 'too much exposure to the sun.' Even then I don't know of ANY RESEARCH that has been ever done on the 'race' or 'skin color' in comparison with the 'rate of cancer' ... so I'm sorry, but your 'statement' is both incomplete and probably also 'incorrect.'
