A Feist is a little terrier breed that is very similar to a Jack Russel Terrier, and he does look like one. They are energetic and smart, but they are also extremely sweet little dogs. I would personally never own one (to energetic and hyper for me), but I know a few of them and they seem to be good dogs.

I WIN! I WIN! It's a Finnish Lapphund cross...I'm telling you, look it up on Google images. I pet sit for a living and have looked after every breed you can think of, and I can guarantee you that your dog is a Finnish Lapphund cross. Not a Chihuahua or Rottweiler or Min Pin...those are bad guesses. And I say your dog is a cross, because he has shorter hair than a purebred Lapphund. If he was a Feist...he wouldn't have a tail.

I think feist might be slang for mutt.

Maybe some sort of spitz cross?
He's cute.
Try him in Agility. I bet he'd be a star!

He looks like a mixed breed between a long haired Chihuahua and maybe a Jack Russell or Min Pin. His size screams larger chihuahua mix, as do his markings and coloring. Chihuahuas usually range in size from 2 lbs to 5 lbs and sometimes bigger if you feed them too much. If his mother was a larger Chihuahua mixed with Jack Russell and the father was a Min Pin you could get the long haired traits as well as the larger size.
He looks cute!

I think he has a Shiba type body. Dogs have to carry the tan markings on both sides in order to display them. Shiba inus may come with those markings I'm not sure but you could look up the breed at www.akc.org

Well I was going to say that it was a Chihuahua but then I saw that it was from 11-25 lbs and Chihuahuas never get that big, and I also noticed that it was a mutt. So I am guessing that your breed that you have their is probally a Chihuahua Minature Pinsher Mix. Or maybe a three way mix with probally mostly Chihuahua or Min. Pin! Your Welcome, I hope that you found the answer that you were looking for!

I have seen this dog on Y/A many times. To me it looks like an australian Kelpie or an Australian Kelpie mix. Possibly with a Shiba Inu. But you will never know for sure.

You have a Belgin Shepherd, very energetic, very smart, I have had several females in my younger days. Also, a very loving dog, there are washes that can be used if you are allergic, usually found at better Pet stores. such as petco. When my Princess and Queenie my cat each had babies, they would baby-sit for each other.
