If you had alot of ebay fees, and you just never paid them, would it go on your credit report?

It absolutely will if Ebay chooses to report them, turns your debt over to a debt collection agency, or sells your debt to one.

Only if they took you to court and got a judgement against you. You don't give them you social security number, so they can't report you directly. Although, if you're selling you have to give them a credit card number to somewhat validate who you are. I don't know why they wouldn't just try to charge it to that.
