I think he's cute but he is 17 and I'm 15. What should I do?

If you like him then say something. 2 years isn't a big deal. But I would say something about him touching your butt. Even if you like him, this isn't appropriate. Say something like, "I think you're kind of cute, but I would really appreciate if you would stop touching my butt". If you don't say something then you are sending the message that you are open to him touching you and are kind of easy.

Boys touch my butt all the time. It's crazy! They do that because boys are just aggravating and you can't do any thing about it. They just like to get on people's nerves. Sometimes and pretty often(okay well most of the time) they like you and tell all their little friends HEY I HIT HER BUTT just to brag like boys do. Don't take it personally

Well, it depends. If you know him and have feelings for him, go for it. But if you've never met him before, and/or don't feel the same way, then you should kinda watch out. Although, if you think he seems too forward about the whole touching you thing, then you should confront him about it.

If you like him and you dont have a problem with what he is doing then ask him out. Age aint nothin but a number. When I was 16 I dated a guy who was 19 turning 20 so age aint nothin but a number.
Dont go out and date no 30 year old or nothin but if you like him then let him know.

Smack his hand next time and tell him to keep his hands off of you. This is a sexual gesture and could be considered sexual harassment. I would tell your parents, and his. Don't worry how he'll feel about you, he's already shown that he has no respect for you!

Strike up a conversation, who cares what his age is, older guys are a plus for you, get him talk about if he has a GF or not if he doesn't start flirtin, and if he does, still flirt

Tell him to get his damn hands off you. If you wanted him touching you, you would tell him. If he continues, tell an adult who will explain in very small simple words that his "affections" are not needed nor wanted.
