Probably if he makes and effort to talk to you and smiles with you all the time, or if you catch him looking at you. Try to get the subtle hints.. Good Luck :)

If he's your age he may not really know if he "likes" you either. He may not know the proper way to say it either. Basically in life, if you want something you have to fight for it. If you want this guy to go out with you just keep talking to him and saying sweet things to him, but don't try too hard or act desperate.

Well the best way is to just ask him, or tell him how you feel. That takes a lot of courage so another way would be to watch how he reacts around other girls and then see how he reacts around you.
